Technical Pursuit Specialist

Job Summary

Managing strategic bid opportunities, the full-time remote Technical Pursuit Specialist will serve as the primary technical interface for low and medium voltage switchgear projects, ensuring accurate proposal development and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with internal teams on bid strategies and opportunity tracking
• Review project specifications to determine equipment requirements and ensure compliance with local electrical codes
• Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring timely submissions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical experience in electrical systems and low/medium voltage switchgear
• 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards
• 3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools
• Legal authorization for employment in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization
