Technical Pursuit Specialist
Job Summary
To support strategic opportunities within the Energy & Industrial Solutions business, the full-time remote Bid Proposal Technical Pursuit Specialist will manage quotation requests for low and medium voltage switchgear, coordinate internal teams, and develop competitive proposals aligned with customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with Siemens Factory Teams on product integration
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliant and optimized equipment selection
- Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of technical experience in electrical systems and low/medium voltage switchgear
- 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards
- 3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools
- Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for employer-sponsored work authorization
