Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for assigned technical roles within the organization
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct detailed interviews and ensure proactive communication with hiring managers regarding the status of open roles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience in a rapid-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify candidates for highly technical and complex roles
- Experience recruiting technical talent in the US and Canada
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to changing business needs
