Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for assigned technical roles within the organization
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct detailed interviews and ensure proactive communication with hiring managers regarding the status of open roles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience in a rapid-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify candidates for highly technical and complex roles
  • Experience recruiting technical talent in the US and Canada
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to changing business needs
