Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of hiring across various technical functions, including engineering and data
• Understanding of technical concepts and ability to assess technical skill sets
• Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is a plus
