Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) to help grow its team and enhance its impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience using Breezy, the ATS
  • Successfully hire top talent for various technical and non-technical roles while meeting established hiring targets
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process and build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles
  • Experience using Breezy or similar ATS to streamline recruiting operations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to create effective sourcing strategies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
