Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) to help grow its team and enhance its impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience using Breezy, the ATS
- Successfully hire top talent for various technical and non-technical roles while meeting established hiring targets
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process and build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles
- Experience using Breezy or similar ATS to streamline recruiting operations
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create effective sourcing strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
