Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process within Vendor Management Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract recruitment from initial contact to placement
  • Utilize VMS platforms to manage the recruitment process and ensure compliance with client specifications
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, maintaining effective communication and relationships
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Vendor Management Systems, including Microsoft
  • Proven track record in recruiting and placing contract employees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
