Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles and position profiles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles within Tech and G&A organizations
• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical and business recruiting
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with varying requirements
• Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse as an ATS
• Strong understanding of the current technology landscape
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
