Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies independently
