Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech organizations
• Proven expertise in sourcing and assessing technical talent across various roles
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation
• Familiarity with equitable and inclusive hiring practices
• Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment
