Key Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle technical recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates

Qualifications

4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
Proven record of recruiting top talent for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product positions
Ability to negotiate and close technical candidates in a competitive market
Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
Familiarity with and experience using AI tools in recruiting
