Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner (Technology).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and hire high-quality technical talent
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and improve hiring processes in collaboration with engineering and product leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a metrics-based talent acquisition function, preferably in a Series A/B/C stage SaaS company
• Proven ability to source diverse talent pools and enhance candidate experience
• Experience recruiting across various technology disciplines, including AI/ML and Data Engineering
• Deep expertise in applicant tracking systems, with experience in Ashby being a plus
• Strong understanding of talent models and competitive market awareness
