Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or IT staffing
• Comfort with technical concepts related to software development, cloud, or infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and accountable in a remote work setting
