Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or IT staffing
• Comfort with technical concepts and understanding of software development and related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
