Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth software and AI/ML companies
• Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top-tier AI talent
• Expert sourcing skills using advanced channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
• Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse ATS
• Availability to work PST hours and commit to a full 40-hour workweek
