Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2 years focused on technical roles
- Proven success in high-growth startup or SaaS environments; healthtech experience preferred
- Deep understanding of technical concepts and roles
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy standards is a plus
- Experience using AI or automation tools to optimize recruiting processes
