Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting pipelines from sourcing to closing across multiple organizations
- Attract and hire top talent for technical and other business roles
- Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and collaboration with hiring leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full cycle Technical Recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house focused on engineering hiring
- Experience across a variety of roles including GTM, Ops, and Technical positions
- Proven track record in managing the full recruiting process, including sourcing and pipeline management
- Familiarity with recruiting operations, such as data management and ATS editing
- A self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and alignment with company values
