Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale its engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and managing interviews
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve the recruitment process using data
Required Qualifications
- Typically, 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Exceptional sourcing ability with a strong track record of delivering hires
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, machine learning, and DevOps
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative approach to recruitment
