Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams
• Partner with Engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering talent and guide candidates through the interview process

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering roles
• Prior experience recruiting for satcom, telecom, aerospace, or related fields
• Strong sourcing skills with success in engaging passive technical candidates
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with international recruiting, particularly in the UK
