Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally for product, design, or technical roles at high-growth startups
• Strong understanding of product development and design workflows
• Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent
• Organized and detail-oriented with a bias for action
• Collaborative and able to influence across teams
