Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Temp) to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, and managing offers
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies based on business goals
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track key hiring metrics and enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in high-growth startups or tech companies
- Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple departments
- Experience building diverse, high-performing teams with inclusive hiring practices
- Ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships and serve as a strategic advisor
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes
