Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to build its Talent Acquisition function in a high growth AI environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract, assess, and hire talent for Technical positions in Engineering & Product, as well as G&A functions
- Develop multi-channel talent processes to ensure the hiring of top talent
- Manage stakeholder alignment on key competencies and educate hiring managers on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year supporting engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to design recruiting plans and optimize interview processes
- Experience with workflow optimization and effective prioritization
- Strong stakeholder management and time-management abilities
- Experience with Ashby is strongly preferred
