Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build world-class engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, managing intake, sourcing strategy, process, and closure
- Collaborate with technical and executive leaders to quickly calibrate roles and drive decision-making
- Enhance quality of hire through improved interview design and metrics management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Strong sourcing abilities and technical fluency to engage top-tier candidates
- Proven track record in managing complex offers, including equity negotiations
- Ability to communicate effectively with hiring leaders
- Preferred location near Austin or Palo Alto with a willingness for a hybrid work model
