Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build world-class engineering and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, managing intake, sourcing strategy, process, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical and executive leaders to quickly calibrate roles and drive decision-making
  • Enhance quality of hire through improved interview design and metrics management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Strong sourcing abilities and technical fluency to engage top-tier candidates
  • Proven track record in managing complex offers, including equity negotiations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with hiring leaders
  • Preferred location near Austin or Palo Alto with a willingness for a hybrid work model
