Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis, with the option to work remotely, preferably local to Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract top talent for engineering and corporate positions
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline and organize recruitment activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Expertise in corporate and engineering recruitment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes
