Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Temporary) to join their Technical Talent Acquisition team on a six-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Product and Engineering functions, from intake through offer close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans
  • Source, assess, and engage candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience supporting Product and Engineering teams
  • Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of modern talent acquisition tools and familiarity with relevant tech stacks
  • Experience in a high growth or startup environment is strongly preferred
