Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Temporary) to join their Technical Talent Acquisition team on a six-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Product and Engineering functions, from intake through offer close
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans
- Source, assess, and engage candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience supporting Product and Engineering teams
- Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong working knowledge of modern talent acquisition tools and familiarity with relevant tech stacks
- Experience in a high growth or startup environment is strongly preferred
