Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale its engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing offers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's culture
Required Qualifications
  • Typically, 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Exceptional sourcing ability with a strong track record of delivering hires
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, machine learning, and DevOps
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
  • Proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative with a focus on delivering results
