Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle in-house technical recruiter, preferably in SaaS startups
  • Solid understanding of engineering, product, and design roles
  • Experience sourcing and closing technical talent in competitive markets
  • Proficiency in recruiting metrics and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
