Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Utilize data-driven metrics to track recruiting pipelines and improve process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle in-house technical recruiter, preferably in SaaS startups
• Solid understanding of engineering, product, and design roles
• Experience sourcing and closing technical talent in competitive markets
• Proficiency in recruiting metrics and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
