Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support its engineering, product, and design organization during a growth period.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Utilize data-driven metrics to track recruiting pipelines and improve process efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle in-house technical recruiter, preferably in SaaS startups
- Solid understanding of engineering, product, and design roles
- Experience sourcing and closing technical talent in competitive markets
- Proficiency in recruiting metrics and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
