A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Sourcer to support engineering and technology hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify high caliber technical talent
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for specialized roles across engineering and technical leadership
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and conduct candidate outreach and screening

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience within advanced technology environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience sourcing for Software Engineering, Hardware, AI/ML, or Data Science
• Experience with confidential or leadership sourcing (Director+)
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools and market intelligence
