Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
  • Experience building or improving recruiting systems beyond just executing searches
  • Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical and GTM talent
  • Strong outbound sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing and evidence-based evaluation methods
