Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define hiring standards and design structured evaluation processes
- Build proactive talent pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles
- Continuously improve the hiring engine to attract and close exceptional talent
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
- Experience building or improving recruiting systems beyond just executing searches
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical and GTM talent
- Strong outbound sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and evidence-based evaluation methods
