Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring standards and design structured evaluation processes
• Build proactive talent pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles
• Continuously improve the hiring engine to attract and close exceptional talent

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
• Experience building or improving recruiting systems beyond just executing searches
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical and GTM talent
• Strong outbound sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates
• Familiarity with structured interviewing and evidence-based evaluation methods
