Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage and scale hiring for its Product, Data, and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles
- Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies for key technical roles
- Own the technical interview process and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a startup or tech company
- Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, and structured interviews
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS systems like Lever
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with familiarity in U.S., India, and LatAm markets
