Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage and scale hiring for Product, Data, and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Product, Data, and Tech
  • Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and attract key technical talent
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a startup or tech company
  • Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, and structured interviews
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Lever or a similar ATS and proficiency in organizing processes
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with comfort in operating across U.S., India, and LatAm markets
