Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage and scale hiring for their Product, Data, and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Product, Data, and Tech
- Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies for attracting key technical talent
- Own the technical interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a startup or tech company
- Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing and structured interviews
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Lever or similar ATS for organizing recruitment processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to operate across U.S., India, and LatAm markets
