- Own recruiting and hiring goals to ensure high-quality talent acquisition
- Manage the talent pipeline for critical technical roles throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years of experience in a full-desk/full-cycle Technical Recruiting function
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering teams in SaaS companies
- Experience managing the offer process for engineering roles at pre-IPO companies
- Strong understanding of technology relevant to hiring needs
