Key Responsibilities
  • Own recruiting and hiring goals to ensure high-quality talent acquisition
  • Manage the talent pipeline for critical technical roles throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 7+ years of experience in a full-desk/full-cycle Technical Recruiting function
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering teams in SaaS companies
  • Experience managing the offer process for engineering roles at pre-IPO companies
  • Strong understanding of technology relevant to hiring needs
