Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing across multiple organizations
  • Attract and hire top talent for technical and other departmental roles
  • Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and collaboration with hiring leaders
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of full cycle Technical Recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house focused on engineering hiring
  • Exposure to various roles including GTM, Ops, and Technical positions
  • Proven track record of managing the full cycle recruiting process effectively
  • Experience in recruiting operations, including data management and interview training
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness
