Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• At least 5 years of in-house recruiting experience at a tech or tech-enabled company
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Experience managing a dynamic req load in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
