Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- At least 5 years of in-house recruiting experience at a tech or tech-enabled company
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Experience managing a dynamic req load in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
