Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles
• Proven track record in hiring AI Researchers and Machine Learning engineers
• Strong understanding of engineering skill sets including Backend, Full-stack, and Data Engineering
• Experience optimizing scalable recruiting processes and metrics
• Proficiency with modern ATS systems, with a focus on data integrity
