Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process predominantly for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, focusing on Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and efficient coordination throughout the interview process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience running end-to-end recruiting processes
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
