Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process predominantly for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, focusing on Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and efficient coordination throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience running end-to-end recruiting processes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
