Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support ongoing hiring needs and manage technical requisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including data, analytics, cloud, software engineering, and IT positions
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to refine job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure compliance with recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical recruiting
- Experience in government contracting or regulated environments
- Proven success in recruiting senior or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Strong sourcing expertise and experience engaging passive candidates
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
