Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for software engineering and applied AI/ML roles
- Design and manage the ATS workflow and candidate experience
- Craft outreach and job descriptions that represent the company's mission and culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup
- Proven ability to source and close strong software engineers across various roles
- Comfortable recruiting for niche or highly specialized profiles
- Highly organized and process-oriented, managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Based in the US - citizen or permanent resident
