Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to source and close strong software engineers across various roles
• Comfortable recruiting for niche or highly specialized profiles
• Highly organized and process-oriented, managing multiple open roles simultaneously
• Based in the US - citizen or permanent resident
