Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract and direct hire IT roles
• Screen and interview candidates across applications development, infrastructure, and other IT domains
• Maintain accurate and organized activity within the ATS (Loxo)

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of IT recruiting experience within a staffing or agency environment
• Experience recruiting for applications development, infrastructure, and/or other IT skill sets
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing capability in addition to full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with Loxo is a plus
