Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for technical roles
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and recruit candidates
  • Coordinate communications with applicants, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with remote interview platforms and job requirements for IT roles
  • Experience with various recruiting sources, including job boards and social media
  • US Citizenship, legal permanent residence, or US work authorization with a minimum of 3 years of US presence
