Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for technical roles
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and recruit candidates
- Coordinate communications with applicants, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with remote interview platforms and job requirements for IT roles
- Experience with various recruiting sources, including job boards and social media
- US Citizenship, legal permanent residence, or US work authorization with a minimum of 3 years of US presence
