Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive effective hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through outbound sourcing and creative engagement strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technical environment
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering roles (e.g., robotics, autonomy, infrastructure)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally
