Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary talent partner to Engineering hiring managers, managing intake and alignment
  • Own the candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process and offer closure
  • Manage interview logistics and funnel health, using data to enhance hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles within startups
  • Strong screening skills with a basic understanding of technical stacks
  • Experience collaborating with VP and executive-level stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Slack, and Notion is a plus
