Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary talent partner to Engineering hiring managers, managing intake and alignment
- Own the candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process and offer closure
- Manage interview logistics and funnel health, using data to enhance hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles within startups
- Strong screening skills with a basic understanding of technical stacks
- Experience collaborating with VP and executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Ashby, Slack, and Notion is a plus
