Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary talent partner to Engineering hiring managers, managing intake and alignment
Own the candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process and offer closure
Manage interview logistics and funnel health, using data to enhance hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles within startups
Strong screening skills with a basic understanding of technical stacks
Experience collaborating with VP and executive-level stakeholders
Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with Ashby, Slack, and Notion is a plus
