Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, research, and operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles including Research Engineers and Software Engineers
• Source passive candidates through creative outreach and community engagement
• Manage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiations while refining recruiting processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or AI/ML environment
• Strong sourcing skills and network in the AI/engineering talent market
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fit
• Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology
