Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 10-15 technical requisitions, including sourcing and offer negotiation
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to define requirements
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interview processes, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a multi-brand or portfolio organization
  • Ability to recruit across various role types and levels, from entry-level to Director-level positions
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and quick learning of role-specific requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
