Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Interview candidates to assess fit and serve as the primary contact throughout the recruitment process
• Consult with business partners on hiring and sourcing strategies to attract quality talent

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Experience partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
