Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical sales positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various recruitment tools to source and pre-qualify candidates for priority positions
  • Screen resumes and conduct HR phone interviews
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Proven track record in candidate selection best practices
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent
  • Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
