Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment tools to source and pre-qualify candidates for priority positions
- Screen resumes and conduct HR phone interviews
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably in the SaaS space
- Proven track record in candidate selection best practices
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent
- Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
