Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and AI-related roles
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates while managing active requisitions
• Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers and maintain clear communication with candidates

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or AI-related positions
• Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and outbound outreach strategies
• Experience working closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
