Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for software engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Partner with engineering managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates through proactive sourcing and community engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in-house at a tech company
  • Experience recruiting software engineers across various disciplines
  • Prior experience at early-stage startups and ability to navigate high-velocity environments
  • Strong technical literacy to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds accurately
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
