Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering & Product roles
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on workforce plans and hiring strategies
- Strategically source, engage, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates to meet hiring goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with 5 years in a scaling start-up environment
- Experience hiring across various departments, including Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Experience working on a globally distributed team
- Experience in recruiting operations, such as building recruiting processes and playbooks
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Ashby or similar tools
