Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage exceptional passive technical candidates using multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines focused on quality
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in a corporate or agency environment
- Proven experience sourcing technical talent for organizations with high hiring standards
